Steam iron valve maintenance

1. Regularly clean the dirt on the inside and outside of the high-temperature steam iron valve and the cladding surface, and take care not to damage the sealing surface.

2. After the installation of the high-temperature steam iron valve, the medium should be put into the valve several times, and the valve can only be put into formal use after confirmation of normal operation.

3. If the sealing between piston and seat is not good for a long time, the sealing face of piston can be re-ground and the seat can be re-ground.

4. If the high-temperature steam iron valve is not used for a long time, manual valve should be closed before the valve is re-opened. When re-opened, the steam solenoid valve should remove the condensate water and make several test actions.

5. When the high-temperature steam iron valve is unloaded from the pipe, wipe the interior and parts and blow the storage with compressed air.

6. It is recommended that the user unit send special personnel to be responsible for the use and maintenance.

7. When working, pay attention to the pressure gauge before and after the valve. The working pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated pressure difference, the solenoid valve should stop using and close the manual valve before and after to avoid the explosion and leakage of the solenoid valve.
